There’s always more to learn about tomatoes–and we’re excited to see where that learning can take us! 🍅

Our new APEX pilot plant is helping us take tomato variety trialing beyond the field and follow each variety through processing and into finished-product applications.

From yield and Brix to viscosity, color, flavor and product performance, APEX gives us a closer look at what makes each variety unique and how it performs along the way.

Take a look inside APEX and hear from Aaron Giampietro, Emily Clay and Leo Franco as they share what we’re learning and how this new pilot plant is helping connect the entire tomato journey–from field to finished product.
