🥧 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗞𝗘𝗬! 🧈

When making pie crust, keep that butter 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗗! Those little solid pieces of butter create steam pockets as the crust bakes, giving you that tender, flaky texture we all love.

💡 𝗧𝗜𝗣: Freeze your butter and grate it right into the flour! And don’t worry if you can still see bits of butter in your dough—that’s exactly what you want! 🥧✨
