If you are new to hatching, we have a new service just for you! Our Hatching Coach service is available to anyone in the US or Canada who is hatching for the first time. You supply your own eggs and incubator - and we'll be there every step of the way to help you get the most out of your incubator, spot potential problems, and make hatching day less stressful and more joyful!

New to hatching chicken or quail? Our hatching coaches will eliminate the stress and answer your questions so you can relax and enjoy your first hatch!

- hold chicks in the petting tent
- compare eggs (quail, chicken, duck, goose, and emu)
- make a chicken craft

These babies just came back to us after being hatched in a classroom in the Bay area. Aren't they beautiful?! 😍

We offer these celadon quail hatching eggs in our Hatching at Home program! We'll provide the incubator, eggs, and brooder. We'll guide you through the hatch so you get the best results possible. Need to set up quail housing and learn how to raise quail? We have resources to share with you!

Why quail instead of chickens? Coturnix quail lay about 300 eggs a year, can lay year-round with supplemental light, and get this - they start laying eggs 6-8 weeks after they hatch. It's not instant gratification, but it's pretty darn close! 😂
