It was such an amazing opportunity to work with amazing chefs, Ricky and Chris . Talk about the energy these two give off in the kitchen! They definitely made my cooking class debut so much smoother!

Thank you Ricky .ricky.yap for trialing countless dumplings and endless noodle bowls before this class. Thank you to all the participants of the class, whom by the way, rocked the hell out of dumpling wrapping and noodling. There were plenty of show worthy photos that made me so proud that I was able to pass these recipes onto enthusiastic food lovers.

Dumpling 2.0 was the first highlight of 2021 for us and we hope there are many more!
