I have always had a love for cooking. After my wife went through a health scare, we went to make a sandwich and the bread was still super fresh, that’s when it hit us how old the bread was! Needless to say the bread went in the trash and I quickly learned how to make bread for us. I figured why stop there! So I dove into sourdough, muffins, bagels, cinnamon rolls, etc. After sharing with family and friends and seeing how quickly requests started coming in, I decided to take a shot and open a page to share with everyone and see what comes of it.
