Just made an amazing new Truffle flavor.
Pear, cinnamon, cardamon, and vanilla bean in milk chocolate. I'm thinking a dark chocolate drizzle on top.

So,for all my wonderful customers in Washington State,
my husband and I moved to Northern Idaho this Fall.
We have always wanted to move back but lifes situations always got in our way.
I lost my father in March and all the driving back and forth to Idaho finally helped us make up our minds.
I'm am still in the business of making my truffles, cherries, and caramels.
I am missing all of you. Especially this upcoming event at the Chimacum High Shcool.

I am sad to say that I lost my dad to cancer on March 30, 2025.
I will be busy with family issues but plan on beinging available for orders.
