A very special thank you to Roussel's of Gonzales for giving us a place to showcase our cakes. We sold out and are looking forward to a full day tomorrow! We will be showing of a variety of our cupcakes tomorrow, so stop by and pick up a couple!

Good Morning Everyone. Today is the day. We make our first appearance in a retail setting. We have a few selections available for sale at Roussel's in Gonzales. Stop by the store and pick up one of our Cheesecake, Bavarian Cream or Pecan Pie filled French Twist (King Cakes). The store opens at 9:30 am and quantities are limited. If you have been dieing to try one of our delectable gourmet treats, now is your chance.

Before the big game tonight, we want to let you in on something big that's happening to Jolis Gateaux's Gourmet Confections. Beginning this week, our products will be available for purchase at Roussel's. The store will have some on hand for pick up on Friday's and Saturday's. Customers will also be able to pick up orders from the store, as well. We are thankful for everyone's support thus far and hope that we have the privilege to serve everyone with our fresh, gourmet confections.
