I fixed these common mistakes and voila, my body started to respond 🪄
It took me years to re-wire my older milenial programming that had me constantly chasing sweat, novelty, and a little calories as possible 🫠
But once I finally trusted the process and started being more intentional with my training and my nutrition, my body finally started to actually look the way I was wanting it to look.
