Happy National Grilled Cheese Day. Now this is what I would call a great sandwich :)

Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe

ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
1-2 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-2 Tbsp. Tastefully Simple's Sweet Pepper Jalapeño Jam
1-2 Tbsp. bacon, cooked and diced

directions

Butter the outsides of both slices of bread. Spread the unbuttered side of one slice of bread with softened cheese, then Sweet Pepper Jalapeño Jam. Sprinkle on some bacon. Put second slice of bread on top, butter side out. Grill on both sides until lightly browned.
