Found some throw back picks! I got kinda stale with just cutting meat🥱I knew I wanted to learn more and push myself so I took on a challenge! Started thinking out of the box and trying new items, while still maintaining my “butchers” mentality. What flavors do I like with pork, chicken, and beef🤔. Beer Can seasoned half chickens ready for the grill is simple and they took off like a rocket 🚀, seasoned steaks, and new sausages also became very popular 🤩. It brought back the drive and passion that I felt was lacking! Now I love being creative and coming up with simple limited ingredient proteins that people can take home! 👌✅ @ Saint Augustine, Florida

There is so many different names for this cut, baseball steak, sirloin filet, petite sirloin, sirloin eye steak, etc. Whatever the name is.. it’s damn good! Flavor on point, very tender, and super versatile! Another one of my personal favs!
