Since Anabell Butron Vizcarra was a child, cooking has been her passion. While her career began in aviation and tourism, where I studied Business Administration and Tourism, Anabell’s heart has always been in the kitchen.

Four years ago, after moving to the United States, Anabell’s son, a renowned chef, welcomed her into his restaurant, and together they have shared a love for gastronomy. Inspired by him, Anabell has refined new culinary techniques, but her essence always carries the authentic flavors of Peruvian cuisine.

Anabell still considers herself at the beginning of her journey in the catering world, and is excited to share Mama Llama’s dishes as she competes in the Harvest Awards during the St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival.
