Asgardian Mead was born from the heart and soul of two Mead brothers (Andrew Bordoni & Greg Slawski) who's passion for Mead drinking reached epic proportions. It has been too long. In times of chaos, it is good to fall back on old things. So, I started a new brew. Blackberry and vanilla.
It was made on October 3rd and still in process. Updates to follow.

Every country has a national drink. Poland, is associated with vodka. In the last couple of years thanks to legislative reforms local breweries, wineries, small scale production of craft fruit liqueurs and ciders is returning to work after a long leave of absence.

We are getting close to at least two stock recipes for use and I still want to try a Blueberry Mead.
