Much love to our Chicago area breweries. Y’all are going through it now. For us, we are thinking about what we’d do in a crisis situation like this with a brick-and-mortar. Customers are the life-blood of local businesses, and their safety must be paramount. Be safe out there, Saint Charles.

Roll the dice this week and grab a chance to take home a bottle of our Cretaceous Porter. This super-limited release beer has been aged with Woodford Reserve bourbon, cacao nibs, and French oak cubes. One die, one roll. Roll an odd number and take a bottle home.

Bourbon and beer before dinner at . Much thanks to Russ of for the fantastic spread at their tasting event today. Their 5-year bourbon was by far our favorite, followed by their rye whiskey. As for 93O, what an impressive selection of beers! Had their kettle sour apple (could drink it all day), their Hockenheim Kölsch and a pale ale. Did you know their brewmaster came from ??? @ 93 Octane Brewery
