We went back to our roots today to help Uncle Joe and my Dad out. One of the neighbors cows had a rough birthing, and lost the ability to use her back legs. There was no bringing this one back, trust me,with todays beef prices, you really try. We got her cut up and hung in our cooler to hang a bit. In a week or two we will be doing some home processing, and filling some freezers.
