We are getting ready to get ready to mob out to the Eats n Beats Festival at Wheeling Island Casino today from 1 pm to 9 pm. We know some people are reluctant to make a bold departure from what they are used to. Here's a thought: Go get your favorite main from your preferred truck, but consider trying one of our, from what we can see, unique sides.

Join us this Saturday at Wheeling Island Casino for Eats n Beats from 1 pm - 9pm. The weather looks good - a bit summery and a bit early fall, so we made a menu with a bit of both.

We are still looking for a commercial kitchen to rent several days per week. But also could convert a building with: smooth, easy to clean walls and, a clean bathroom, plumbing to handle a 3 hole sink and a hand sink, connected to municipal water and sewer, space for a large freezer, and floor space for an equipment footprint of other pieces of about 200 square feet in addition to above. It does not have to be a prime location, just reasonably close to St. Clairsville/Wheeling/Barnesville. Thank you for any leads.

We spent this morning working on having people who want our newsletter going directly into our MailChimp subscribers list.. Now we do not run the risk of missing any, because before, we received an email notification that someone wanted to be added that went to our "Other" box that I never get fixed. Please consider signing up for our mailing list so we can more effectively keep in touch with you. The little from is about half way down on our homepage. You might have to clear your cache, if you have visited us before. Thank you. paleonardos.com

You may have been wondering why you haven't seen one of our most popular side choices this season -- Organic Japanese Sweet Potato Salad. The supplier from whom we had been getting them dropped them as an item. I had to drive an hour each way, but we refuse to compromise on quality. There is nothing better than these very firm, white, no too sweet yams for that dish. We are off this weekend. We will have them for the St. Clairsville Main Street Small Business Art Walk on 10.17.26.
