Power is not control.
Power is not intimidation.

It’s more than shakes and teas — it’s about people, relationships, community, and creating positive energy.

Some of the best moments happen when you simply open your doors, show up, and connect with people.

Be the energy you want to attract. ⚡️

Did you know you can level up your shake and turn it into a recovery shake? 🥤💪

Our regular shakes have 24g of protein, but our Recovery Shake takes it up to 33g of protein from whey + casein—combining faster- and slower-digesting proteins to support recovery.

You also get a 2:1 protein-to-carb ratio, making it a great post-workout option when your body needs nutrients after a tough training session or practice.

Plus BCAAs + L-glutamine to help support muscle recovery and prepare you to come back ready for your next session. 🔥

Train hard. Recover harder. 🥤⚡
