DISCLAIMER: While I claim to be nut-free, please note the following; Some ingredients used in my kitchen and recipes may have been processed in a facility that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. These ingredients however, have not personally affected my severe peanut allergy and I am comfortable using and consuming them. Other Allergen Sensitivities: I do produce other allergen sensitive items
on my menu.
*Gluten-Free - I have several gluten-sensitive items on my menu. My current process is to fully deep clean my kitchen, clean the oven and take apart the stand mixer, start with fresh ingredients and have a 1-2 day bake day. Some items are frozen.
*Dairy-Free - Dairy-free items are found in my gluten-free baked goods. I will use the country crock dairy free butter in place of butter, coconut milk in place of milk products, and an egg replacer in place of eggs.
*Sugar-Free - I use stevia and a sugar free brown sugar ingredient along with sugar-free chocolate chips - this can be found in my Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies.
*Egg-Free - I use an egg replacer powder. These are typically found in my Banana Bread recipe that is gluten-free. I have loved to bake since I was a little girl with my grandma and mom. I also have a Peanut and Tree Nut Allergy which has been a huge part of my life since birth. I have been with my high school sweetheart since 2007 and we were married in 2016, and share 3 children together. You may see them in some of my posts at times. I have a Bachelors and Associates Degree in Information Technology and quit my Corporate IT job in October 2024 to pursue my love of baking! You can find a farmstand ( I call it my Baking Shed) at the end of my driveway for quick pop ups and online order pickups. I am hoping to continue to build my business and following so that I can someday open a storefront with a kitchen, small dining area and place for children to play.
