I been eating oatmeal for breakfast everyday as of recently, forming new habits. I be hooking it up too.
Boiled these oats up with coconut milk, vanilla, brown sugar, & cinnomin. Topped this high vibrational meal off with organic bananas, strawberries, black berries. Had to hit it with the pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and walnuts. That lil lemon for the tang cuz I like my food to carry a bang know what I main haha.

Let food be yo medicine & let yo medicine be food. Why is food and drugs under the same administration? They putting drugs in the food to keep money accumulating SEE!! THEY LIKE TO call it additives and preservatives, slowly killing everybody that purchase it. Can you pronounce what's on the back of the label, then that s**t we need to keep off our breakfast table now.
Anyway keep decorating yo food, allow this consumption of earth minerals, water, & converted sunlight energy become a form of art. Peace begins here on our plates!
