The Captain returns with a purpose.

Buena Vista Winery is partnering with Bartholomew Park and surrounding landowners to create a first-of-its-kind Enhanced Resilience Site (ERS) in Sonoma County. This designation, developed by Napa Firewise and supported by Sonoma Ecology Center, identifies properties where wildfire can be strategically slowed and managed through coordinated prevention infrastructure.

This marks the second release of The Captain, continuing a tradition of pairing great wine with meaningful impact.

It's a tribute to the moment Count Agoston Haraszthy established Buena Vista and forever changed the course of California wine. Every bottle reflects the pioneering spirit that continues to guide the winery today.
