We’ve been using cottage cheese instead of sour cream in our breakfast casserole for a protein boost and you can’t even tell the difference!
This is really a good “clean out the fridge” recipe. You can change it up however you need to. For the unbaked picture- we used cottage cheese, leftover ham, red onions and diced peppers from taco night, and some chopped up spinach that needed used up.
The unbaked picture doesn’t look as appetizing 😂, but I promise it was so good!
