Ever see whiskey terms like mash bill, age statement, or non-chill filtered and wonder what they actually mean?

Here’s the simple version:

Our bourbon starts with a grain recipe of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. The corn brings classic bourbon sweetness, the rye adds spice and structure, and the malted barley helps bring it all together.

Then age does the heavy lifting. Our 6 Year is balanced and easy to enjoy, while our 9 Year brings more oak, depth, and richness.

And because Region 5 is non-chill filtered, we keep more of the natural character in the bottle.

☀️ Patio season officially has a signature pour.

The Patio Peach Smash brings fresh peach, citrus, mint, and Region 5 together for an easy summer sipper built for long evenings and sunny weekends.

Recipe:
2 oz Region 5 bourbon
0.75 oz peach syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
5–6 mint leaves (give them a quick slap)
Top with club soda

Build over crushed ice and garnish with a peach slice + mint.

Memorial Day weekend called… it wants an easy crowd-pleaser. 🇺🇸🥃

This Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade is refreshing, easy to batch, and made for long weekends with good people.

Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade
2 oz Region 5 bourbon
3 oz lemonade
0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz blackberry syrup

Shake with ice and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with lemon or blackberries.

Batch version (serves ~8):
16 oz Region 5
24 oz lemonade
2 oz fresh lemon juice
6 oz blackberry syrup

Add to a pitcher with ice, lemon wheels, and fresh blackberries.

Tag the person showing up empty-handed but drinking first 👇🥃

Eli’s favorite Region 5 pour? A 9-year single barrel.

We haven’t done one in a while, but the ones we released back in the rectangular bottle days were something special. Incredible, unique, and not something you see every day.

Our single barrels are usually released as store picks, so now we want to know…
