Hative d’Argenteuil - This is an absolute must have fig. This is a less vigorous cultivar on its own roots but what it lacks in growth it makes up in fruit production and quality!! This cultivar produces medium sized fruit with beautiful purple/green and gray hew on the exterior and an excellent strong berry interior with thick syrupy pulp, mild acidity and a beautiful vivid red center. One of my personal favorites.

We finally have a ripened Deep Purple! This particular fruit was hand pollinated and it was intense red, not supper purple, and a section the the pollen didn’t reach was pale in color. Pollinated it is delicious!! Non pollinated we will find out in the next week or so. Stay tuned..

Fico Salame is an elongated fig that handles humidity extremely well here in Florida. It produces medium fruit that develops sugar spots as it ripens. The interior is a beautiful amber pulp with a honey, sugar super sweet flavor and minimal berry notes.

Santa Gertrudis - Another special fig from Thierry! I was really impressed by this large fig with amazing flavor and texture especially that it came from a first year tree!
