People ask me what “Small Batch” really means.

For me, it means slowing down and doing things the right way.

Every seasoning I make is blended in 1-pound batches. Could I make 25 or 50 pounds at a time? Sure. But I don’t want to.

I want every batch to get the same attention as the very first one I ever made in my kitchen. I weigh every ingredient, mix every batch by hand, and make sure the flavor is exactly what I expect before it ever goes into a bottle.

Making smaller batches means I can keep the quality consistent, keep the seasonings fresher, and make sure the bottle you buy today tastes just like the one you bought months ago.

Building Ramps Seasoning Co. has never been about making the most seasoning possible. It’s about making seasoning I’m proud to put my name on.

So when you see “Small Batch Seasonings” on one of my bottles, know that it isn’t just part of the logo—it’s a promise.

A great recipe for our Garden Veggie Seasoning is actually a dip. We use freeze dried veggies within the seasoning with other delicious ingredients.

4 oz cream cheese
4 oz sour cream (or mayo)
2 tablespoons Ramped Garden Vegetable seasoning

Combine together, and let sit over night! Great for a vegetable dip or amazing on crackers!
