🍕 Shawn made pizza this week and it was next level. It was chewy and crunchy and the flavor was out of this world. If you haven’t made pizza dough with fresh flour this is your nudge. It will change how you eat pizza forever.

Also - we used a pizza steel, and it made cooking pizza so quick. No more soggy crust. Our lives are forever changed.

🌾 So excited to be in some of the loaves at Boule! Not often can you buy a loaf of bread that was made with flour from barely 3 miles down the road!

Now using NEK Grains for all of our whole wheat and rye loaves! Their whole grain flours have so much flavor, they're fresher and sweeter than what we've been using, had to slice up a honey wheat for breakfast in the kitchen this morning 😋

And for anyone curious, we do still use exclusively King Arthur Baking Company flour for our bread and pastry! Only the best ❤️

🌾 We checked on our winter wheat and it’s looking pretty good, plants are smaller than what we usually see this time of year but last year when we planted everything it was in the middle of a drought.

There’s still a ways to go, we’re hoping once these babies get some sun and warmth they’ll jump right up.
