We will be opening the afternoon of Saturday, September 17th. Looks like it will be a good year. We have several types of pumpkins, squash, gourds, Indian corn, corn shocks, and raw honey.

We had 20 degrees last night, all the pumpkins are frozen. It has been an interesting season, weather wise, but all went pretty well in spite of all the rain. Thank you all for coming out, God bless, Dick.

We got our thousand pumpkins picked this morning, also got an inch of rain, wind, thunder lightning, and lots of mud. But the people picking had a wonderful time.
Tomorrow afternoon there should be a thousand very nice pumpkins all picked
and laying in a row, and a few thousand more in the field. We have 15 wagons waiting for anybody to pick their own pumpkins
All our pumpkins, gourds and Indian corn were planted last week. Kinda late because of the cold and rain. Indian corn is just coming up, should see the first pumpkins and gourds the first of next week.
It was a wonderful season give or take some rain and cold. Thank you all for coming, my hens and I appreciate your being here.

This coming weekend is the last weekend before Halloween. We still have a few thousand nice pumpkins out in the field, and a hundred or more picked and in rows waiting for you. The corn shocks are gone, still have a couple straw bales left. Our raw honey is as good as honey gets. We are about 7 miles North of St Joseph on county road 2. 36282 Co Rd 2, St Joseph.
MEA weekend is here, and we still have a few thousand very nice pumpkins left. Just 4 miles south of St Stephen on county Road 2. Look for the signs.

Today I pulled 22 honey supers off my bee hives. Should be extracting tomorrow or the next day. Hopefully, there will be fresh raw honey ready to sell by Monday the 10th.
Grandpa's Pumpkin patch will open in just under two weeks, on the afternoon of the 15th, Looks like a great crop this year.
This years pumpkin crop looks great so far, barring any weather catastrophe, we might have one our best crops ever. We are scheduled to open the third weekend of September.
So far, the pumpkin crop looks very good, timely rain has been great. if I can keep the weeds under control, they should do just fine.

You folks remember how terrible it was trying to drive to Grandpa's Pumpkin patch last fall? Well, this morning, the road crew laid the third and last layer of fresh tar. We now have an absolutely wonderful new road. See you all in September.
