My first homestead, the Colorado property, is going on the market. I'm sad about it but it's the right move, unfortunately.
Located at 4944 Antelope Trl, Elbert, CO, it's a 5 bed, 3 bath two story home on a little over 6 acres with an oversized 2 stall garage. There is a carport for additional covered parking. The front of the property is over 3 acres of fenced pasture with a 16x24 loafing shed (turned chicken coop) and two 12x16 sheds. There is a separate fenced orchard adjacent to the pasture that could be used to keep animals separated. Behind the house is about an acre of mature ponderosa pines, and at the top of the property is a small grassy meadow where pasque flowers bloom in the early spring.
Deer and turkey are often seen on the property, the sunrises and sets are incredible, and the dark night sky is great for star gazing. ❤️
It is an incredible little homestead, but I will be in SC for the next 6 years or so... So it's time to let someone else appreciate it as much as I have.
