One of the sweetest parts of what we get to do is show up for the big moments in our customers’ lives.

Recently, we brought the Karol Coffee Cart to the to serve coffee to a wedding party and their guests before they boarded the train and headed off to celebrate.

The bride is a regular at Karol and a fan of our coffee, so getting to be a small part of her wedding day felt especially meaningful. What a gift it is to see familiar faces at the shop week after week—and then get to celebrate alongside them when life brings them somewhere special.

We’re so grateful to be invited into these moments, from the everyday cup of coffee to the once-in-a-lifetime celebrations.

A couple weeks ago, Nate, Lucy, and Matt spent the day at Cafe Imports for a Sensory Skills class hosted as part of the RAISE THE BAR COFFEE | LEVEL UP Level Up weekend. ☕️

Lots of tasting, learning, and plenty of coffee. More than anything, it was a chance to slow down and nerd out together—to taste the same coffees, compare notes, and get better at understanding what we’re tasting and why it matters.

We love learning alongside each other and bringing that curiosity back to the coffees we serve every day. 🤎

We’re looking for a couple good people to join us at Karol.

☕️ PART-TIME BARISTA
1–2 shifts/week + potential for events
Saturday availability required
Coffee + hospitality experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.

📦 COFFEE FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE
6–8 hours/week
Package and ship coffee, fulfill online + wholesale orders, organize inventory, and help keep the roastery running smoothly.

For both positions, we’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, and attentive.
