a culinary masterpiece 🤌🥣

for real tho, this cereal was so good on its own that i went through two whole boxes before actually turning it into shortbread 🌝

the “marshmallows” did evaporate a bit in the oven but also caramelized which was a nice surprise :)

i hope y’all liked them!

Thank you, friends, for one hell of a successful cookie week! I baked 1,200 shortbread in one day, which was fun in a tortuous kind of way. But my heart is full and I’m legit thankful for each of you who ordered boxes and/or spread the word. 💖

Off to rest and then roadtrip to CO for the rest of the month with and my fam 🏔️✨

feels so sunny to have my third art-a-whirl in the books!

feeling thankful for everyone who visited me in Studio 428, bought some cookies, gave the best reactions to trying samples, and validated that i’m great at what i do :) it feels so good!

i’m forever grateful for being part of ‘s world—it’s truly amazing getting to do this with you every year 💖

my next in-person event is the on August 9th! more updates to come 🧄✨

now i’m off to BedDay™️ with which is incredibly needed 🛌🍿

The first product I ever sold! My friend 💖 encouraged me to start baking professionally right after leaving a sh*tty job situation and ordered a box for Christmas 2022.

Lots more shortbread have followed but this one is pretty special :)

January hibernation is over and I’m now transitioning into February hibernation.

But this month, Cookie Evalyn is back 🎀

And I have two events coming up: one this Saturday the 8th and another next Saturday the 15th 🖤❤️
