The Sanguine is our blood orange mead. It's paired with other red fruits like cranberries, raspberries and strawberries. A nice hint of heat from the peppercorn and Fresno pepper adds more body to the flavors.

The Harvester is a personal favorite, it's like a sweet autumn in a glass. With pear being the star of the show, it's co-hosted with honeycrisp apple and green grapes. Warmed with fall spices like cinnamon, clove, all spice, and ginger root. Mellowed out with the sweetness of fresh sage and rosemary, followed with hints of floral jasmine.

With the fresh fruit added, making this mead more on the sweeter side. I recommend it warmed, like a nice pear cider. Lovely for the colder weather.

Hello! 👋🏾 My name is Keyara! I'm a homebrewer and I'm the founder and producer of Saffron Meadery. My products are my honey wine, Saffron: Botanical Honey Mead.

My mead is made all by hand. I prioritize using local wildflower honey, fresh & organic fruit, herbs & spices.

Saffron mead is sweet & bubbly, with a smooth taste. It will give you a nice light giddy buzz, unlike most wines. Sweet and smooth like a light nectar. Flavored with fruit, herbs, & spices that are peak or in near peaking season to ensure fuller flavors. Sweetened with Minnesota local wildflower honey.
