I always receive questions about what we put in your meal and how we package!

We package all of your meals in 100% compostable containers made out of bamboo. We use our absolute favorite brand that has helped us decrease our carbon footprint print and serve you each week!

We cook everything in either organic olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil! Our meats are grass-fed organic our poultry is organic and we source the highest quality ingredients.

We make all of our sauces, dressings and marinades from scratch! No processed junk over here. We only use maple syrup or honey to sweeten and pink Himalayan sea salt.
