Day 5 of 7 Days, 7 Dishes, make them all and have a Feast of the 7 Fishes. For Course 5, we bring you fettuccini with a crab caponata sauce and toasted anchovy-garlic breadcrumbs. Savory, sweet and sour flavors all combine to make this dish shine. Please check in tomorrow for Course 6 of haddock cooked en papillote (sealed in parchment paper) with fennel, leeks, Winter citrus and an amazing crab salsa verde. Day two of 7 Days, 7 Dishes, make them all and have a Feast of the 7 Fishes. For Course 2, we have succulent prosciutto wrapped, crab stuffed jumbo shrimp over sautéed butternut squash "noodles" and apples. Tomorrow Course 3 will feature a unique twist on a holiday classic with an Oyster Rockefeller soup, garnished with a crispy, yet creamy, crab and bacon croquette.
