Anybody needing any farm work done? Cleaning stalls, barns, tack rooms. Feeding animals, trimming goat hooves, watering. Milking Goats, turning out horses, blanketing horses, grooming horses, halter breaking calves etc? I have experience with Horses, Cattle, Goats, Chickens, Ducks, and Rabbits. Looking for a 1-2 times a week job, in the afternoons after school. I am currently trying to save up enough money to put a down payment on a Rent-To-Own shed to use for kidding for my goats. I am looking within 35 minutes of Salem,Indiana. I have references available if wanted.
I am 17 and have been around animals since I was little, and have a good of knowledge of animal care.

Anyone needing help on their farm/stables? I am 17 and looking for an extra once or twice a week Farm job. I have experience around Horses,Cattle, Goats, Chickens, Rabbits and Ducks. I have references also. I can do Stall cleaning, Feedings, Turnout horses, put Blankets, trim goat hooves, halter break calves etc. Within 35 mins of Salem,IN.
I am in the process in of saving up for a Barrel Horse, so any type of work would be great!!! I can also Bottle feed Goats and Calves.

I have been thinking about this for a while, and decided to make a post.
Since kidding season is coming up soon and this being my first year with having my own doe kidding
I was wanting to know if anyone needs help during this kidding season and also might be able to give me some more info about kidding also. I can bottle feed, feed all goats (and other animals also), clean out stalls etc. If you have bottle kids and you aren't able to be home for all feedings I would be able to keep them on days you won't be able to. I know the fundamentals about kidding and kids but wanting to build my knowledge and help others out while doing it. I am also trying to build my herd of Nigerian Dwarfs, so if anyone would be interested in me working off to pay for a ND doe that would be great!!! I have references, and I have lived and worked around Goats, Chickens, Rabbits, Horses , cattle etc. I am located in Salem, Indiana and I am willing to travel up to 30 mins. Thank you very much!!!

I currently mixed breed chicks looking for new homes, some are around a week old and some are about 4 or 5 days old. I will have even more hatching in about a week. In total i will have about 30 chicks looking for new homes. They are looking for a new home as straight run. Mixes include Polish mixes, Silkie Mixes,Cochin Bantam mixes, D'uccle Bantam mixes etc.
I also have 2 Silkie mix Cockerels and 1 Barred Rock Mix cockerel looking for new homes, they are not mean, i just have to many roosters.
They are located in 47167.

Update for the Rabbit Show and Poultry Show...
The Fur and Feather barn is requiring all who enter the barn MUST WEAR A MASK!!! Kids will be required to wear a mask , white long sleeve shirt to show. Must have a proper cage, water and food and something to clean them up with (broom,dust pan, wheel barrow etc). Each families will be given a designated spot, and they are going to be asked not to visit with other families. Also, NO WASHING CHICKENS OR GROOMING RABBITS WHILE ON THE GROUNDS. Everything brought to the fair must be already be ready to show. There will be no chairs provided, show families will need to bring their own chairs. If you bring coolers they must stay in the car. You must have record sheets/books turned in along with the online class complete. Check in time is 6am-8am, Betsy and Lisa will not be double checking each rabbit entry, how they were entered is how they will stay. We are trying to in everyway possible to social distance our selves during the shows.
Poultry Show: You do not have to wear a white long sleeve for the Poultry show. Any nice shirt will be fine, but they must not have any logos. All the other rules are the same as the Rabbit show. Everyone must wear a mask during check in and the whole time they are in the barns.
