Homemade cottage cheese, baby!

I love how God made so many uses out of a single ingredient like milk. I love that (though we don't have any dairy animals yet) we can still make things ourselves at home.
1) It saves money
2) We can control what ingredients are in it
3) And we get the satisfaction of eating the fruit of our own labor

God is good!
