So many great cuts of beef to choose from Wichita Wagyu - West. The top shelf tri-tip gets our vote!

What makes Wagyu different? It starts with the marbling. Those fine ribbons of intramuscular fat melt as the steak cooks, creating incredible tenderness, rich flavor, and a buttery bite you just don’t get from traditional beef.

Now for the hard question…

👇 If you could open this freezer and leave with ONE cut, what are you grabbing?

🥩 Ribeye?
🥩 New York Strip?
🥩 Filet?
🥩 Picanha?
🥩 Tri Tip?
🥩 Something else?

Drop your pick in the comments and let’s see which cut comes out on top. 👇🔥

Our cattle enjoyed the sunshine and calm weather today following two days of snow and bitter wind chills!
