🥩Air Fryer Steak Recipe! Who knew that you could cook up a juicy, mouthwatering steak in an air fryer? 🥩

Comment RECIPE to get the printable recipe sent to you.

Ingredients

1 (about 1 inch thick) Ribeye steak (frozen)
1/2 tablespoon oil (we like avocado oil)
coarse salt or steak seasoning

Instructions

Start with a completely frozen ribeye steak. This helps it cook evenly in the air fryer.
Brush both sides of the frozen steak with olive oil. Then, season it generously with coarse salt or your favorite steak seasoning. Use twice as much seasoning as you normally would since some will fall off during cooking.
Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat.
Place the steak in the preheated air fryer. Cook it for 8-12 minutes on each side. For a 1-inch ribeye, 10 minutes on each side should give you a medium doneness.
Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This helps keep it juicy and flavorful.

🍴These egg bites are the ultimate solution for busy mornings when you want a protein-packed breakfast without the drive-thru wait. 🍴

Comment RECIPE to get the printable version sent to you.

Ingredients

6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup Gruyere cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a muffin tray, or silicone baking mold (prefered) and set aside.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the bacon. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture evenly into a muffin tray, filling each cup roughly 2/3 full.
Place the muffin tray inside a larger rimmed baking pan. Carefully pour boiling water into the larger pan, making sure to avoid spilling water into the muffin cups. Fill the larger pan until the water reaches halfway up the sides of the muffin tray.
Carefully transfer the entire setup (muffin tray inside the water-filled pan) to the oven. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the eggs are just firm to the touch.
Let the egg bites cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before removing them. Use a knife to gently loosen the edges if needed. Enjoy!

🚗Honestly, skip the drive thru! Crispy hash browns, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melty cheese are wrapped inside a tortilla and grilled until golden and perfectly crisp.

Comment RECIPE to get the printable version.

Ingredients

3 large eggs (scrambled)
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon crumbles
2 hash brown patties (cooked according to the package instructions)
2 large (10 inch tortillas)
Jalapeno sauce (optional)

Instructions

Place one tortilla on a flat surface like a plate or cutting board.
If using jalapeño sauce, spread about 1 tablespoon in the center of the tortilla.
Layer with one cooked hash brown, half of the scrambled eggs, ¼ cup of shredded cheese, and ¼ cup of cooked sausage or bacon crumbles.
Begin folding the tortilla: start at one edge and fold it toward the center over the filling. Continue working around the tortilla, folding in sections to create pleats and seal the wrap into a circular shape. Press gently to hold the folds in place.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Carefully transfer the folded crunchwrap to the hot pan, seam-side down.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and sealed. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
Remove from the pan and repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
Serve warm, or let cool and freeze individually for a quick grab-and-go breakfast later.

🐔These Crispy Fried Chicken Thighs are everything I want in a homemade chicken dinner. 🐔

Comment RECIPE to get the printable version sent to your DM's.

Ingredients

1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Flour Dredge 👇

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper

Egg Wash 👇

▢ 2 eggs
▢ 1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Breadcrumb Coating 👇

1½ cups panko
¼ cup finely grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Zest of 1 lemon

Finish 👇

Avocado oil (for frying)
Flaky salt
Lemon wedges

Instructions

Place the chicken between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even ¼-inch thickness.
Season both sides of the chicken with the kosher salt and black pepper.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
In a second shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, salt, and black pepper.

In a third shallow bowl, combine the panko, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon zest.
Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Dip into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.
Press firmly into the panko mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Place the breaded chicken on a wire rack and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. This helps the coating adhere during cooking.

Pour about ¼ inch of avocado oil into a large skillet and heat over medium heat until the oil reaches 350°F.
Carefully add the chicken to the hot oil, working in batches if needed. Cook until golden brown and crisp:
Chicken thighs: 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the thickest part reaches 175°F. Chicken breasts: 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until they reach 165°F.
