Whenever I make meatballs, I make a double batch and freeze half. Future me is always grateful.
Dinner tonight was as simple as pulling my homemade meatballs from the freezer, adding sauce, and letting the slow cooker handle the rest.
Do you freeze homemade meals for later, or am I the only one stocking my freezer like it’s a tiny insurance policy against busy weeknights?
