People often ask me what my “secret ingredient” is.

Between raising my incredible kid and managing the daily operations of my restaurants, the truth is... there’s no secret.

Just a whole lot of passion, a ton of hard work, and a village that keeps me sane.

Today, I’m taking a step back to just appreciate this wild, beautiful journey.

Building this culinary family from the ground up while raising my actual family is the most exhausting, rewarding thing I’ve ever done.

I wouldn’t trade a single chaotic dinner service or rushed school drop-off for the world.

Thank you all for pulling up a chair to my table and supporting this dream.

Here’s to the moms building their own tables, one plate at a time!
