Today we fed 60 people. 60 souls who deserved not just a sandwich, but dignity, care, and the reminder that they matter. This wasn’t charity — this was community.

What fills my heart most is knowing this wasn’t just me. It was our sponsors who believed, it was our Pancho Frijoles™ family and customers who continue to support us, and it was every hand and heart that said yes to making a difference.

This is only the first. My dream is that today becomes the seed of something ongoing — that as Pancho Frijoles™ grows, so will our ability to show up for those who need it most. Food is love, and love multiplies when it’s shared.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible. From the bottom of my heart, I’m grateful — and I’m committed to making sure this is just the beginning. ❤️🌮✨
