For the last 25 years I've worked as a chef and a butcher in restaurant kitchens. I've spent my career feeding other people's guests, and the last few years I've been doing the same thing at home for my wife, our four kids, and our grandbaby.
I started noticing something. Most families I talk to are exhausted by dinnertime, not because they don't care, but because nobody ever taught them how to actually run a kitchen: how to plan a week of meals, shop for what's in season, or make one cut of meat stretch into three dinners.
So I built something for that. It's called Nourished Family Home Budget, a community for parents who want to feed their family well without blowing the budget or losing their evenings to it. I'm sharing what I learned running professional kitchens, in a way that actually fits a real family's week.
If you've ever stood in your kitchen at six with no plan and a delivery app open, come join us: skool.com/-morales-3669
And if there's someone in your life who's been struggling with this, a friend who's tired of the fast food cycle, a parent trying to feed their kids better on a tighter budget, send them this link. It might be exactly what they need right now
