Please remember us in the spring with all the special events going on that we are available for catering, including for birthdays, graduations, wedding receptions, baptisms, first communion, and any other event you may have to plan for. We may be just a small Taco Cart, but we cook some very big flavors.

TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS, FROM JOE & JOSEPHINA'S TACOS AND MORE

I want to wish a Happy Easter to all.

Most of all I give this greeting to EVERYONE that has helped get me and my family through the last 5 months. Thank you to everyone who has been there for us.

Thank you for your words of comfort and hope,
Thank you listening when I didn't need advice, but just someone to listen.
Thank you to all who contributed to giving Maria (Josephina) the burial she wanted and deserved.

Most of all, I thank God for each and everyone of you because you have all been a blessing from the Almighty.

It is appropriate that Easter comes in the spring. They both represent a new beginning. For me personally, i know that I celebrate Maria being reunited with her family and friends, and because of Easter, I will be reunited with her as well when God calls me home.

Once again , thank you to all of you for helping me get to the beginning of this new chapter in my life. I wish I could give each of you a giant hug. Just know in your heart that everything you have done for me and my family was was a blessing sent by God and He will look favorably on you when your time to go home is upon you.

To our Friends, Followers, all who read this:

Lent is over and our 40 day journey is complete.

We enter the Triduum, 3 days of the ultimate sacrifice made for humanity and then Easter which broke the bonds of sin.

Before the family activities begin and the kids finally find that last hidden egg, let's take a moment to tell God the Father and His son Jesus the Christ "Thank You* for Their mercy. The sacrifice that was made, gave us eternal life and the assurance that we will be united with our loved ones once again. Thank you Lord for having mercy on our souls.
