You ought to find folks that are the salt of the earth and cook with them as long as they’re around.

I am very grateful to say JD McBride, Patrick Feges & Steven Rossler are. It is surreal to meet, watch and cook alongside folks that inspired me from the beginning of my journey.

I can’t believe how much passion for folks exists around Texas Barbecue, I cannot wait to what’s next for my friends and their ambitions. Thank you for all the laughs and hospitality, I’m stoked for the next one.

We’ve missed y’all! Tomorrow morning @ 9am we’re hanging with our friends we’ve missed Ranch Motel ! We are so stoked to serve alongside Jimmy and the gang Blue Rodeo Coffee ! It's been actual years since we first spoke about collaborating one day and we’re finally here!
