Meet Tom Rib hall of fame inductee:
“Double” David Palacios
Who rose through the ranks of dishwasher all the way to grill master. He was one of the few people to get a burger named after him. Double meat, dub cheese 🧀 and a side of jalapeños smothered in bbq sauce. Served with a double scoop of ice cream. A double French Fry and a double ribeye!Jennifer (BoBo) had a crush on him. But he didn’t notice cause he was too busy making sh** happen on dat grill. It’s been said he once worked an entire Mother’s Day off of 30 minutes of sleep. He got that $100 Mother’s Day bonus Twice!
Lots of people were upset at this and protested the next day after work, but when Tom woke up at 5 am during the March; Tom drew a line in the parking lot with BBQ Sauce and Said “Who Name on dat buildin’!” Then Tom said they’d all be fired and everything went back to normal

Our fans made this one. Hot 🥵 “Tamale”!
Tamale 🫔 was a staple inside the kitchen slaving away chopping ribs, burning steaks 🥩 and making messes. He was the fastest at the grill and was known for his barbecue acrobatic skills while he flipped sausages and chicken and sliced them in mid air. He even got caught in the cooler with two waitresses claiming to show them “how the ribs are cooled”🚨😅... in any event, here’s to YOU Mr. Tamale. Thank you for being the best rib chopper in Toms Ribs’ history!
