A box of Maple Bacon was our favorite travel companion this weekend.

My son has a brand new book of Bacon recipes, so he was more than pleased that his ideas were added for our weekend treat.

Flavors so far: Chocolate Milk, Cinnamon Banana, and Maple Bacon!

I think I'm going to change up Maple Bacon and change it to Bacon Chocolate Chip.

Hello Again! Coming back with a few more delicious foods that we have recently made.

Cilantro Hummus! My son helped so much in the creation of this. He even suggested the grilled cheese sandwiches that he spread his hummus on. First round was a sophisticated plate with veggies, then I just knew the Zombie would go great with them too!

Happy Mothers Day!

Menu of the week, had a few requests, plus I know risotto is a favorite, so here it is.

The Risotto will be topped with asparagus and bell peppers.

Parmesan Polenta so smooth and delicious.

And a crisp and refreshing strawberry salad with a mix of spinach, Kale and broccoli shreds to not have a wilted base. Will also have pepinos, can be taken omitted on request.
