Good Evening, Verita’s Family! 💛

A few things going on over here! Tomorrow I’ll be going LIVE to find our winner, and I can’t wait to see who’s gonna be eating some of this real good, real chicken…

Verita’s also working on finding a family to feed for Thanksgiving because y’all already know how I do things! I’m giving back REGARDLESS of my situation because GOD has ALWAYS had me and mine. 💯

Andddd I’ll be doing a waffle for a WHOLE Thanksgiving turkey meal that’s cooked! Yup, a whole turkey, green bean casserole, buttered corn, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, and dinner rolls! And if you didn’t read that correctly, IT’S ALL COOKED, Y’ALL! Which means, you ain’t gotta do NONE of the work!
I always got something up my sleeve that benefits us ALL. No ounce of greed over on this end, baby! I’m just over here doing the Lord’s work by serving y’all delicious food…

Now let me get back to this grind because I’ve got a catering event to handle, and y’all already know Verita’s gotta make sure EVERYTHING is PERFECT! 😉😘

Verita is EXHAUSTED, y’all!
Physically, I ain’t cut out for this hard labor anymore. I’m not as good as I once was, but I’m still pushing 🤣

A little late, but Saturday and Sunday back at the Patch were GREAT! Catching up with the Patch crew, meeting awesome vendors, buying goodies, and enjoying the laughs, barking dogs, smell of the food, families, kids crying, ALL OF IT!

Because Verita LOVES to give back, that means it’s GIVEAWAY TIME! 📷
Comment a picture of yourself, your pets, or your family enjoying the Good News Pumpkin Patch, and you’ll be entered for a chance to win 2 CHICKEN ON A STICKS or CHICKEN SANDWICHES! 🍗🔥

Let’s see those Patch memories, y’all! 👀🧡🎃💛🍁🤎

10/09/2026

GOOD MORNING, Y’ALL! ☕️💛

How my morning started…
So if y’all propane, tanks, connectors, or supplies, make sure you stop and see Bell Hydrogas! Baby, their customer service is top notch, the smiles are genuine, and David, the gentleman helping me even made me a cup of coffee and let me keep this cute mug! These folks made my day and I made sure they knew just that.

And that my friends, is how you treat people! ALWAYS support businesses that go the extra mile! We don’t see great Customer Service nowadays, so when you receive it, make sure to thank that person.
And remember, one thing about Verita is that I’m gonna support others each and every time.

Happy Friday from Verita’s! 💛

Only 2 more days and I still have a MILLION things to get done.

Looking back, I can honestly say I took my ex business partner for granted. I didn’t appreciate how much he handled behind the scenes or how hard he worked to keep everything moving. Now that I’m doing it all on my own again, I feel like I’m dying, y’all. 🤣
I see exactly how hard it was for him on the days he was handling business alone and how hard it is for me now.

Owning a small food business will either make or break you. I’ve always said, “Working the kitchen is a whole different animal, and you have to have REALLY tough skin.”
The stress, the demand, the clientele, etc. ALL OF IT BABY

I promise to NEVER EVER take the people who help me with Verita’s for granted again. 💛

Verita’s babies got blessed yesterday!
🩷🐾🩷

The girls were both overly excited to be out, enjoying the cooler weather and ALL the attention from everyone. Diamond, of course, was minding her business while Jayde’s little mind was EVERYWHERE and she couldn’t relax and get it together.

Somewhere in all the chaos, me and the Patch crew got to catch up, and my girl Vicar Holly absolutely nailed it when she said, “Your mom probably loves you more than her own kids and that’s okay.” 😂

And honestly, she wasn’t lying 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

10/02/2026

8 more days until we’re back at one of my most favorite places, The Good News Pumpkin Patch. 🎃🧡

I know folks say they’ve missed me and my FRESH, NEVER FROZEN chicken, but I really don’t think y’all understand how much I’ve missed YOU ALL!

Have a great weekend, stay dry, and let the pumpkin patch chaos begin! 💛

When you get Big Mama delivered back home 🖤

I ain’t seen this honey of mine in a minute!
Ain’t no turning back now!

That’s how you know it’s REAL when Verita pulls up with her baby loaded with all the good good. She carries the equipment. My team makes sure you receive great customer service, and I bring the magic.

WE BACK, BABY! 🖤
