Tonight's Meal - Tofu Stir Fry w/Broccoli, Bok Choy, Carrot, Red Cabbage, Snow Peas, Red Onion, Ginger, Garlic, etc....Asian Noodles and lots of LOVE!!!! This is one of the most labor intensive dishes but the rewards are good.
