That “I shouldn’t eat this” voice in your head? Yeah, it’s not helpful.

An apple with peanut butter has fiber, protein, and healthy fat, everything your body needs to actually feel satisfied and full until your next meal. No guilt necessary, because you’re not doing anything wrong.🍎🥜

In fact, you’re setting yourself up for success by not going into your next meal starving. When you’re not “hangry,” you’re more likely to eat mindfully and actually enjoy your food.🙌🏼

A fall puree she couldn't get enough of. 🍎🍂

To make: steam butternut squash + apple, add cinnamon, and blend to desired texture. Naturally sweet and packed with nutrients!

Starting solids felt overwhelming until I got my Grownsy baby food maker... now it's just steam, blend, done, all in one machine. ✨

Find it on Amazon or the 🔗 in my bio, and use code LANDRY58 for a discount on Amazon or the Grownsy website.

The daily recommendation for women is 25 grams, and it’s easier to hit than you’d think! Here are 3 simple ways to get there:

🥑 Oats + berries + avocado + pear + PB
🫘 Beans + avocado + apple + nuts
🍿 Popcorn + orange + beans + sweet potato + berries

*Correction: the oats shown in the video should be ½ cup, not 1 cup!

Starting solids was scary and overwhelming, even as a dietitian. Grownsy has been a game changer.

3+ months in with my baby food maker, and I'm still obsessed with how much time and stress it saves me.✨

Food noise is exhausting... constantly thinking about what to eat, when to eat, whether you’re “allowed” to eat it.

Here’s what actually quiets it: giving your body what it needs consistently, ditching the food rules that create scarcity, and getting support when you need it.💌

Her first time trying shrimp, & she was OBSESSED.🍤✨

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, finely diced
¼ tsp lemon pepper
⅓ cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp mayo
1 egg
Olive oil

To make:
Finely dice or pulse shrimp in a food processor until pea-sized. Mix with ¼ cup finely diced red bell pepper, ¼ tsp lemon pepper, ⅓ cup breadcrumbs, 2 tsp mayo, and 1 egg.

Spray a pan with olive oil and cook ~4 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly browned.

Allergen exposure to: shellfish, egg, wheat 🦐🥚🌾

Bonus: save half the batch for yourself. My husband and I snacked on these with a dip (mayo + ketchup) dip and it was SO good. 🤍
