Good morning
This week Thursday we are doing brisket, pork ribs, turkey.
We also have pickles, pickled onions and pickled okra for sale.
Brisket and turkey will be $15 a pound and the ribs are being sold $15 for a half rack.
The pickles are being sold by in small sealed bags for $4 each.
Delivery $5 and pickup around 2 at the Jim's on hildebrand and San Pedro.

We have been working on pickles and a few other things to offer. We are also working towards a new platform for our smoked meat delivery services. Stay tuned for more details.
Delivery for Thursday is $5 and you can still pick up.

This week we are going to do beef back ribs and pork tenderloin. Tenderloin will be $15 each and beef ribs half racks $15 each. The half rack ribs come normally with 3 to 4 ribs. Tenderloin about 1 pound normally.
Thanks to everyone support. We are looking onto a new platform for the smoked meat service. Also going to add a few side options and fresh pickles.
