I think I did it! My first truly successful gluten free sourdough loaf that isn't super dense, actually has the signature sourdough flavor, is kinda fluffy, is actually pretty delicious, and is safe for those with gluten issues! Will be selling at my upcoming markets! Next is trying some inclusions! DM me if you're interested in ordering before markets, I do porch pickups!!

There's lots of recipe testing over here but introducing, the berries and cream sourdough loaf. This one surprised me with how good it was. I fused with a berry puree, loaded with strawberries and white chocolate chips! Sooo good and will be at the market this coming weekend!
