Only one proper way to test out a new sauce

Whipped up some wings and tossed them in my 2026 Day of the Dead edition sauce. The sweet heat and combination from the cherries is the perfect blend of sweet and heat.

This all started a month or two ago… an idea for a new sauce. One I’ve never made or even tried before. With my mystery mix of peppers , carrots , onion, garlic and some delicious cherry’s I bring you my 2026 Day of the Dead hot sauce.

This is not your typical sauce. Unique flavor and spice level that can’t be matched!!

Coming for sale soon…. I make a unique one of a kind batch for each year so don’t miss out of something unique, spicy and sweet. Won’t find this sauce anywhere!!!

I had been growing this watermelon for such a long while and had a few mishaps along the way I was getting worried. My Charleston gray heirloom watermelon started off strong and really started to grow and grow. One day I came home after months of work and found it detached from the vine. I was pretty devastated by it. I kept it and put it in my fridge and it’s been there for about 4 days. Decided to cut into it tonight just to see what it looked like and when I put the knife in it popped !! That was my first good sign. Grabbed my phone to document the grand reveal and ohh man was I overjoyed !!

It may be oddly shaped and undersized but it is a delicious and juicy watermelon none the less.

Don’t give up on something because it doesn’t fit the aesthetic or ideals you may have for it. Give it a chance !! You might just be surprised!!

Every year I make a special sauce batch for Halloween and Day of the dead. This year I am really stepping it up and creating something that might be so hot it indeed wakes up the dead. Using 7 varieties of extremely hot peppers as my base and will layer in stuff when phase 2 is ready. I promise this sauce is going the be the hottest sauce I have ever made since I started my company back in 2024. You won’t want to miss out on this limited edition sauce.
