Our Chicken Salad Croissant has been an absolute hit! 🥐✨

Thank you to everyone who’s stopped by and given it a try. We’ve loved seeing all the amazing feedback, and it’s quickly become one of our customer favorites!

Made fresh with chicken, crisp celery, pepper, and our creamy house-made dressing, all served on a buttery croissant with fresh leaf lettuce and a pickle spear from Georgiana Andres. Simple ingredients, fresh flavor, and made with care. 🖤

🚂 Fun Fact: Right next to our booth sits the historic SP 794 steam locomotive! Built over 110 years ago, it weighs more than 220 tons when fully loaded and is one of the few preserved Southern Pacific steam locomotives still on public display in Texas.
