Pullin Premium BBQ Pullin Premium BBQ, is a sassy sauce less bbq, available for private catering jobs. My bbq is a combination of woods coming together for a unique flavor.

Pullin Premium BBQ started as competition BBQ team and has developed into a small catering company and food truck. Over the past 25 years I have taken my experiences from the Carolina's, Kansas City and Texas and have combined the BBQ techniques to create my own unique flavor.

Y’all… we just ran our FIRST Lifespace Live Fire Academy class and it was a FULL HOUSE! 🔥
12 ladies showed up ready to learn live fire the right way. We had six portable grills going with Texas Original charcoal (just 6 briquettes each in the basket), veggies roasting on the side, and inside these ladies were prepping bacon-wrapped pork loins like they were born to do it.
Huge shoutout to Kathy Pullin from Pullin BBQ for giving the class — she crushed it. And a massive thank you to our host Tinker Mass for opening up the space. It was awesome 👏
This is exactly what the Academy is about — real fire, real skills, no gatekeeping. Watching them get comfortable around the coals and those knives was something special.
